Recently 71 year old Ray Callahan had both knees replaced. The first in September of 2021 and the second in January of 2022. He was blessed to have Dr. Richard Berkowitz, MD as his knee replacement surgeon and On The Hop Therapy as his Physical Therapy Team. They are both located in Tamarac, FL, just northwest of Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
Ray commited to doing these exercises for just 30 days and the results were amazing. It was the best decision of his life. By following these simple to do moves both his legs got stronger and he was back to work full time in less that 2 months after each knee replacement.
